SHIPPING POLICY

 

Order Processing/Fulfillment

We process all orders within 15 minutes during business hours and within 8 hrs if orders are placed after business hours. Orders are shipped same day (if service is offered on our checkout page) or within 1-5 business days from when the order is placed unless a customer has requested a future date. Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days.

Canpar/Purolator/Fedex and Canada Post offer 1-7 day delivery options if it is available to you. Please note that this means it will take 1-7 days to deliver your package. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if the courier extends the delivery time after the order ships.

After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.

If an order is returned as undeliverable, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping.

International Terms

We ship worldwide and provide costs at checkout for shipping carrier rates. All import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We do not provide information on what your country may charge at customs. In some cases, we will use a third party to fulfill an order so they arrive on time.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with you to determine the best options. Shipping will not be reimbursed to the customer if the tracking history shows the order was shipped.

Our courier services do not provide tracking information or guarantee delivery after it leaves our warehouse. Packages that are not delivered using this mailing class will not be reimbursed.
