Montreal Baskets · Christmas 2026
Christmas Day falls on a Friday this year. Here is the last weekday to order for a Christmas Eve delivery in Quebec, the baskets people chose most over three holiday seasons, and how companies plan their client and staff gifts.
Type the recipient's postal code to see the earliest delivery date for an order placed now. A date up to Thursday, December 24 means it lands before Christmas; anything later means ordering sooner or making it a gift for the days after.
The answer comes from the store's delivery service, the same one checkout uses. Deliveries run Monday to Friday.
Baskets reach Montreal and most of Quebec the next business day when the order is in by 2 p.m., Monday to Friday. With Christmas on a Friday, Thursday, December 24 is the final delivery day before the holiday. For a remote address, allow extra days: checkout shows its estimate.
All twelve baskets here were ordered as Christmas gifts in at least two of the 2023, 2024 and 2025 seasons. They are grouped by what those Christmas orders came to. No basket finished clearly enough ahead of the next to earn a rank, so none carries one. Prices are the current ones.

Montreal Baskets orders placed from November 1 to December 24 in 2023, 2024 and 2025, compared with all orders 2023–2025 where that helps.
Six things the season's orders point to.
Wine was in 48% of Christmas orders, more than the 38% of all orders 2023–2025. The Christmas wine baskets hold the full choice, and the Christmas Gift Board with Palatine Hills Red Wine and Acacia Cutting Board is one of the picks above.
For someone who doesn't drink, or an address where no adult will be in to show ID, the Holiday Cozy Classics No Alcohol Gift Basket with Assorted Treats ($108.99) and the Happy Holidays Chocolate Gift Basket with Assorted Truffles ($63.99) contain no alcohol. More are among the Christmas baskets without alcohol.
In the final week, 42% of orders held a gift named for Christmas or the holidays, far more than the 5% among orders placed four weeks or more ahead. The Christmas gift baskets collect them.
Sparkling wine went into 9% of Christmas orders and beer into 3%. Both have their own Christmas ranges: with champagne and with beer.
97% of Christmas orders held one gift and 3% held two or more. For a list of clients or a whole team, see the business section below.
13% of Christmas orders were placed on a Saturday or Sunday. Deliveries run Monday to Friday, so a weekend order arrives on Tuesday at the earliest.
Businesses placed 48% of Christmas orders, against 35% across all orders 2023–2025. 42% of their Christmas orders went in more than two weeks before December 25, while 21% came in the final week.
One list can carry every recipient, the message for each card and the day each basket should arrive, all billed on a single invoice. Choose dates ahead of the order-by dates above.
